The companies have combined their talents and personnel to provide a single source for design-build service in the mid-Wisconsin region

Bill Lorrigan, of Bill Lorrigan Construction, Inc., and Dave Sutherland, of DS Buildings, together boast more than 60 years of construction experience and have successfully completed projects of all sizes. The companies have consistently provided a wide variety of building services including metal, masonry and frame construction, and work with experienced crews that share in the goal of customer satisfaction.

Many projects will be "turn-key" -- from rough excavation to a completed, finished workspace that meets the requirements of the individual customer. Or -- maybe you just need a little help in the one phase of your project. Lorrigan Construction has the flexibility to meet the requirements of the individual customer's needs.

The merger will allow Dave Sutherland to continue his expert service out of the Appleton branch office along with the experienced, supportive staff of Bill Lorrigan Construction.
